To become skilled at baking macarons requires an abundance of patience. Any slight change in the weather can make a difference in the finished product. Any houstonian will tell you that in just a week, we can experience every season. Because of this, I had to figure out what recipe works best in these weather conditions. After almost 2 years of researching and practice I finally feel confident in making a beautiful macaron that tastes like a dream.
